
Winter Wall Manager
Winter Wall is a social entrepreneur and impact strategist passionate about job creation and durable business for good. She has a depth of experience scaling organizations, building market strategies and curating cross sectoral and cross-cultural partnerships. She helps guide companies and organizations towards impact through visioning, leadership development, and partnership design.
Winter has worked and lived in Uganda, Rwanda, DRC, India, China, Nepal, Thailand and Indonesia with companies and organizations focused on strategic partnership development, market access, job creation and training and capacity building.
Prior to joining the team at Conscient Strategies, Winter founded Kebon, a platform built to champion women-owned coffee businesses. She also founded W3 Global Consulting, which focused on the nexus of NGO, government, and private sectors. Clients of W3 included Bloomberg Philanthropies, Newdea, Inc., The Women’s Regional Network, Global Dental Relief and others.
Winter holds a Master’s degree from the University of Denver in International Development and Humanitarian Affairs and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Denver in International Affairs, Gender Studies and Communication. She serves on the Colorado board of The Global Fund for Women. She co-founded the Young Professionals Board for The Third Way Center of Denver and volunteers as the Regional SLP Champion for the Entrepreneurs Organization.
