Prior to joining Conscient Strategies, Natanya worked in operations at a rapidly growing healthcare startup. There, she worked closely with the leadership team as she stood up a variety of business processes. Natanya worked collaboratively with teams across the company to ensure that people processes including employee on-boarding and off-boarding were effective and efficient as the company grew from 160 to 260 employees in two years. Natanya was also involved in a range of initiatives related to employee engagement, recruiting, diversity and inclusion, and the organization’s fellowship program.

Before discovering her passion for the people side of business, Natanya worked in public health at a variety of nonprofit and government organizations.

Natanya holds a BA, magna cum laude, from Tufts University where she studied Community Health and International Relations with a focus in Global Health, Nutrition, and the Environment.
