Amelia is an experienced ICF credentialed Leadership Coach, skilled at using individual and group coaching to accelerate the development and application of leadership skills at all levels of management in public and private sectors. Driven by the desire to serve and innovate, she combines coaching best practices with a focus on emotional intelligence to provide customized coaching-based leadership development for each client.
Helping leaders translate their vision for organizational change into achievable goals and repeatable success, Amelia’s experience includes scaling coaching-based programs as part of a complex, multi-generational federal client. Her business skills, honed at Marriott International and non-profits, interject a strategic systems view into her coaching engagements and inform her use of quantitative tools to communicate progress and scale coaching-based solutions.
Amelia has been recognized by her team for her commitment to the development of a program-wide coaching methodology for 37 coaches in 4 remote sites, her efforts to mentor new team members, and tailor emotional intelligence training to meet client needs. Experienced with a range of leadership assessment tools, she is a Certified Genos International Emotional Intelligence Practitioner and holds an Executive Certificate in Leadership Coaching from the Georgetown School of Continuing Studies as well as an MBA from George Washington University and a B.S. in Accounting & Finance from Virginia Tech.
